Plans, billing & usage
How website and user allowances, monthly AI and automation usage, trials, upgrades, downgrades and past-due access work.
Choose a plan by the number of websites and people you manage. RankOut tracks the detailed usage in the background and warns you before an operation cannot run.
What plans control
- Websites
- The number of active client projects in the workspace.
- Users
- Active agency members. Client access depends on the plan's portal level.
- AI usage
- Analysis, action plans, content, chat and implementation drafting share a monthly allowance.
- Automations
- Cost-bearing jobs such as automated analysis, generation and implementation runs.

When a limit is reached
Existing work and results stay visible. RankOut blocks the new cost-bearing action and asks an owner to upgrade or wait for the next billing cycle; it does not silently create overage charges.
Past-due and cancelled plans
A past-due or ended workspace becomes read-only after any payment grace period. Data remains available for 30 days after access is lost so an owner can reactivate without losing the workspace.
