Run many projects from one agency workspace, follow every operational action in the audit log, and see AI token usage by feature.

Multi-client

An agency workspace holds many projects. The client switcher in the top bar moves between them; every screen — Mission Control, Opportunities, Changes, Results, Reports — is scoped to the selected project. Each project keeps its own connections, approval queue, audit history and reports.

Audit log

The Audit Log page records every approval, live-site change, report sign-off, and client / user / role action taken in the agency, newest first, with the actor and — where relevant — the IP address. Filter by target type or action.

AI usage

The Audit Log page also shows an AI usage panel: token totals for the last 30 days, the number of AI operations and model calls, and a breakdown by feature — site analysis, Ask RankOut, keyword research, content, AEO/GEO visibility, and change proposals. Every Claude call RankOut makes is recorded.
