These terms govern your use of rankout.app (the "Site") and the Rankout platform for SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) (the "Platform"), operated by Throughout. By using the Site or the Platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Paid plans
Specific plan scope, pricing, and account limits are agreed separately with each customer and take precedence over this page where they conflict. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation frequency, or traffic numbers — search engines and AI platforms control their own results, and no software can guarantee outcomes on platforms it doesn't operate.
3. AI-assisted work and human approval
Where the Platform uses AI to draft changes to your website, no change is applied automatically — a person on your account reviews and explicitly approves each change before it goes live. You remain in control of what's published to your own property at every step.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site or Platform to submit content you don't have the right to submit, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Platform or booking system (including automated bulk requests), or to misrepresent who you are when creating an account or booking a demo.
5. Limitation of liability
The Site and Platform are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Throughout isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or reliance on automated results. This doesn't limit liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes affecting active accounts will be communicated directly.
